hotot-common software package provides lightweight microblogging client - common files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hotot-common
hotot-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hotot-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hotot-common *
You will get with hotot-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
